Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new email box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your electronic mail accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply choose the electronic mail account you wish to forward messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
